Overview:

Mental Health First Aid is a two-day practical course that equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. The training follows the established MHFA England framework and covers the full range of common mental health conditions encountered in UK workplaces. Delegates learn a structured, evidence-based approach to offering initial support while understanding the importance of professional boundaries and self-care.

What you will achieve as a result:

Delegates who complete the full course receive an MHFA England certificate and digital badge. The qualification is valid for three years. Refresher training is recommended after this period to maintain skills and stay up to date with current guidance.
