At the Grove Lodge Roundabout, take the second exit onto Upper Brighton Road. Continue through Lancing Manor Roundabout, then take the A270 exit towards Southwick/Shoreham. At Holmbush Roundabout, take the second exit onto Upper Shoreham Road. Turn right onto Trafalgar Road, and after navigating through three roundabouts, turn left onto Wellington Road. Keep going straight onto Kingsway, then take a left onto Cavendish Place. A right turn will lead you to The Training Centre on your left.
