Joining Instructions

Once full payment for the course has be made you will be sent (by email) your e-learning login details and your slot on the course will be secured. Any cancellation must be made in writing to [email protected]. If a cancellation is made with 14 days or more before commencement of the course, a full refund will be given. However, cancellations made with less the 14 days written notice will result in only 50% of the booking amount being refunded. Learners are expected to be on time, if a learner attends the session more than 20mins late they run the risk of being turned away by the instructor. This would result in the learner having to be re-booked for a course at a later date.
