Who Should Attend?

Any person that may come into contact with Asbestos during their normal working day by disturbing the fabric of a building, or other item which might contain asbestos. It will not prepare workers to carry out work with asbestos-containing materials. If a worker is planning to carry out work that will disturb asbestos-containing materials, further training will be required. Asbestos can often be found in any building built before the year 2000 (houses, factories, offices, schools, hospitals etc).

Welcome to The Training Centre in Ipswich! Getting here is a breeze. If youre coming from the A14, head east over the Orwell Bridge. At junction 57, take the A1189 exit towards Ipswich/Nacton, keeping right to follow the signs for Nacton Village. At the Nacton Interchange, take the 4th exit onto Nacton Road, then merge onto the A14 towards Bury St. Edmunds. At junction 52, take the B1113 exit, and at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Ipswich Road. Turn left onto Station Road, continue onto Gipping Road, and take a slight right onto the restricted usage road. The Training Centre will be on your right, with plenty of parking available.
