Who Should Attend?

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is more suitable for lower-risk work environments, such as offices, shops or organisations with fewer than 100 employees. This course is suitable for anyone identified by their employer as being suitable to take on the role of an emergency first aider in their workplace.

Joining Instructions

Specific Highfield Emergency First Aid At Work Blended Learning joining instructions will be supplied to you (if appropriate) once your booking is confirmed. If, once confirmation has been received, you are in anyway unsure of what prerequisites or items you need to bring or provide, then your dedicated training manager or the trainer conducting your course will be able to confirm this with you. Course Agenda

Prior to the practical session, you will receive an email from Highfield directing you to the online portal. Please contact us if you have not received your online login link 5 days prior to the course date. ONLINE ELEMENT: Approximately 2 hours - to be completed by 4 PM the working day before the face-to-face training (this must be completed by the deadline to attend the face-to-face element of the training). FACE-TO-FACE ELEMENT: 4 hours - All learners need to take part in practical elements to achieve a certificate, and wearing comfortable clothing to do so is advisable..

Welcome to The Training Centre in Stockport! Getting here is a breeze. If youre coming from the M60, simply head northeast and take the A560 exit at junction 27. At Portwood Roundabout, hop onto the M60W ramp and merge onto the motorway. Next, take the A5145 exit to Stockport W at junction 1. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Didsbury Rd/A5145, then turn right onto Bankhall Rd/B5169. A left onto Thornfield Rd will lead you to Grosvenor Rd, where youll find The Training Centre on your left. We look forward to welcoming you!

Accreditation

The Emergency First Aid at Work EFAW training course is accredited and recognized by the Health and Safety Executive HSE in the UK. Successful candidates will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
