Course Information

This one day course instructs an operator how to prepare and safely operate Mobile Vertical lifts (Scissor Lifts) and Mobile Booms (Cherry Pickers).It is a mixture of theory and practice, with a written and a practical test. Course material is available in many languages and training centres receive regular updates. Successful trainees receive a PAL Card (Powered Access Licence), a safety guide, a log book and a certificate.Course fee Includes IPAF registration, smart PAL card and lunch....

Who Should Attend?

Any person who requires the need to be trained in IPAF Operator: 3a & 3b through the course of their normal working duties. This course is suitable for anyone working in the arena or sector.

Joining Instructions

All trainees should arrive with safety boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat and a full body harness with adjustable lanyard (NB: IPAF approved harness kits are available for purchase at 25% discount with all bookings). Please also ensure all trainees arrive with suitable clothing for outdoors practical element.

This course starts at 8am and finishes by 4pm with lunch served at midday. Refreshment breaks are also scheduled throughout the day.

Training Venue

Welcome to The Training Centre in Sevenoaks! Were excited to have you join us for your upcoming training. Before you arrive, please ensure you complete the eLearning module, which includes a theory element and takes about three hours. Remember to provide your name and email address so we can send you the module. On the day of your practical training, arrive on time and maintain a 2m distance from others. Dont forget your PPE, including safety boots, a hi-vis vest, and a hard hat. Bring your own food and drink, as lunch wont be provided. We look forward to seeing you!. Tea & Coffee can be provided
