Anyone wishing to work as a CCTV Operator within the private Security Industry and wishing to monitor and record members of the public in a private or public place.

Joining Instructions

Entry requirements: the learner must be sufficiently competent in the use of English as the course and assessments are conducted in English. Plus Security Operatives are likely in the course of their work to be required to make calls to the emergency services or need to communicate effectively to resolve conflict, it is therefore essential they are able to communicate clearly. The learner must also provide two forms of ID such as a passport and driving licence, or similar, along with a passport photograph as proof of identity.

Course covers three modules over three days with multi-choice examinations to cover knowledge and a practical exercise on a live CCTV system to cover competency.

Accreditation
