Joining Instructions

How do I need to prepare for the course? Home Study Pack: Part of your course itinerary includes a Home Study Pack for you to complete before attending the course. This pack consists of 3 module topics relating to phlebotomy and each module is followed by multiple choice Q&A’s. The Home Study Pack is to be completed via our E-Learning platform. You will receive your Home Study Pack log-in details soon after your booking confirmation (usually no later than 2 working days after your date of booking). You will receive an email with a link allowing you access to log in. You will initially be given a randomised password, on your login email, then once you are logged in you will be asked to create your own unique password. Once you have set your unique password, you will be able to log in and out as many times as you wish and therefore you can complete the online course at your own pace. Your username is set as your email address: Username: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS Password: RANDOMISED AT FIRST LOG IN OWN PASSWORD TO BE USED THEREAFTER Please try to complete the Home Study Pack before you attend the classroom course. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue your certificate until all parts of the course (Home Study Pack and Classroom) have been completed. Certificate: Your accredited certificate will be added to your E-learning platform for you to download. A certificate invitation link email will be sent once your certificate has been uploaded to the platform. Your certificate will be located under the ‘Courses’ tab and will be downloadable from there. Please allow up to 14 workings days after your course date for this to be sent to you and once it has been uploaded, you will have 7 days to access and download it.
