Course Agenda
The Sports Injury First Aid training course covers various topics related to first aid for sports injuries. It starts with an introduction to the course and its objectives. Participants will learn about the importance of first aid in sports, the common types of injuries, and the role of a first aider. The course then moves on to specific injuries and their treatment. Participants will learn about soft tissue injuries, such as sprains and strains, and how to manage them using the RICE Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation method. They will also learn about bone injuries, such as fractures, and how to immobilize them using splints and slings.
