**Directions to The Training Centre, Rochford**From Southend-on-Sea, head east on Carnarvon Rd, then left onto Tunbridge Rd. Turn right onto Tickfield Ave, then right onto East St/B1015. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Sutton Rd, then the 2nd exit onto Purdeys Way at the next roundabout.
